With the BITRI electronic register, customers will be rest assured that their private data will be PROTECTED and ONLY availed to the Ministry of Health and Wellness.

The check-in process is as follows:

1. A visitor/ customer checks into premises that use BITRI ‘s electronic register.
2. The visitor/ customer provides his/her ID number for check-in at the entrance.
3. The ID along with the current temperature is input into a device for check-in.
4. The owner or organization contact will not be able to see visitors’ full details.
5. They will be able to see check-in times along with temperatures for compliance.
6. They cannot tell who the temperature belongs to.
7. Only the Ministry will be able to see your cellphone number, your full names, and your physical address.

The other benefit of the e-register is that helps reduce queues.
