Nnyaladzi is an Earth and Environmental System Analyst interested in complex environmental science: the integration of biophysical, social, and information sciences to solve food security and environmental change problems. His research addresses global environmental change in local places–that is, how local communities and the places in which they live contribute to global environmental changes and how global environmental change affects livelihoods such as food security, water and energy availability. He integrates climate variability and change, risk analysis and management, development of decision support systems using a range of modern tools and approaches such as modeling and scenario analysis.
