Dr. Pule’s work focuses on the fabrication of electrospun nanofiber based devices for Analytical Chemistry applications. She has gained the requisite skills in materials fabrication, characterization and application, and is well suited to drive analytical chemistry projects. For her PhD studies she got involved in a project concerned with the “development of diagnostic probes for environmental and biological samples”. Her aspect involved the fabrication and evaluation of nanofiber-based platforms for colorimetric detection of enzymes which are biomarkers for liver toxicity.
